These terms cover your use of this website and what registering to visit or attend a meeting does and doesn't commit you to. By using this site, you agree to them.

1. About BNI Champions

BNI Champions is a chapter of BNI (Business Network International) in Singapore. This site is informational and lets you register to visit or attend a meeting. It doesn't sell any product or service.

2. Visiting

Registering as a visitor doesn't obligate you to join the chapter. Under BNI Singapore's visitor policy, you get three visits in total, shared across any BNI Singapore chapter, not just ours. Meetings held online are free to join; the in-person session on the first Friday of the month has a fee, payable at the door, that covers breakfast and the room.

3. Membership

Each professional category is held by one member at a time. Applying for membership and agreeing to membership terms happens directly through our visitor host or membership committee, not through this website. Category availability, fees, and other details shown on this site are indicative and can change.

4. Independent businesses

Every member runs their own independent business. BNI Champions doesn't control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the products, services, or conduct of any member, and isn't liable for the outcome of any referral or introduction made between members or visitors.

5. The member directory

Directory listings (name, business, industry, photo) are provided by members for the purpose of being listed. If you're a member and want your listing corrected or removed, contact us.

6. Site content

We try to keep meeting times, fees, and category information accurate, but they can change. If something on this site conflicts with what you're told directly by the chapter, the direct communication takes priority.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to scrape or misuse member directory data, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, or submit false information through the registration or contact forms.

8. Intellectual property

BNI, the BNI logo, and Givers Gain® are trademarks of BNI. Site content specific to this chapter belongs to BNI Champions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
